Description
Most GU10 bulbs lock you into one colour temperature. The KAYVA GU10 Switch moves between 2700K warm white and 4000K cool white from your existing wall switch — no new dimmer, no rewiring, no app.

It runs at Ra95+, so skin tones, timber, and fabrics render close to how they actually look rather than washed out or shifted cool. The glass body and frosted lens give even light with no visible chip and no hot spot, so the fitting looks clean whether it's lit or off.

At 7W it delivers 490 lumens, and at 55mm depth it fits Singapore's standard 100mm false ceiling without modification.

Frequently asked questions

How does the two-colour switching work?
Switch on for 2700K warm white. Flip the wall switch off and on again within a couple of seconds and it changes to 4000K neutral. No app, no hub, no WiFi — the colour is controlled by the light switch you already have.

Is it dimmable?
No. The Switch is non-dimmable by design — the switching mechanism and dimming do not coexist cleanly. If you want dimming, choose the GU10 Dim instead; if you want two colour temperatures without an app, the Switch is the one.

Why choose this over a smart bulb?
It gives you two useful colour temperatures — warm for evenings, neutral for tasks — with nothing to set up, no app to be discontinued, and nothing to fail when the WiFi is down. It works the day you install it and in ten years' time.

What wattage and fitting is it?
7W, standard GU10 base, mains voltage. A direct replacement for any GU10 halogen or LED, in downlights or track heads. No transformer required.

Is the colour quality the same in both temperatures?
Yes. Both 2700K and 4000K are Ra95+ with R9>50 — the same colour accuracy, tested per batch. Only the warmth of the white changes when you switch.

COLOUR ACCURACY

Ra95+ rendering, true to life.

Most GU10s sit around Ra80. KAYVA runs at Ra95+, which means skin tones, fabrics, and finishes look the way they actually do — not washed out or shifted cool.

R9 above 50. The difference you see.

DEEP RED RENDERING

R9 above 50. The difference you see.

Ra95+ alone doesn't tell the full story. R9 measures deep red accuracy — skin tones, warm wood, rich fabric. KAYVA GU10 Switch scores R9=86. Most Ra90 bulbs score below 30.
