Do I need a registered company?
Yes — a Singapore UEN is required for trade pricing. Freelance designers registered as sole proprietors qualify for the Specifier tier.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum per order. Tiers are assessed on trailing 12-month spend, so a quiet quarter doesn't cost you your rate.
How long is stock held for a project?
Batch reservation runs 90 days from confirmation, extendable once. We hold the same production batch so CCT stays within ±100K and SDCM ≤5 across the whole job.
What about warranty on installed goods?
Five years on strip and drivers, three years on GU10 and E27, from invoice date. We replace to your site, not to the end client, so you keep the relationship.
Can I buy on Shopee at trade prices?
No. Trade pricing applies on kayva.sg when signed in, or by invoice through WhatsApp. Shopee runs retail pricing only.
